Effective October 13, 2026
Plain English. Heldview ("we") only collects what you type into the brief form, and only to reply and quote your project.
What the brief form collects
- Name and email
- Telegram or Skype handle (optional)
- Offer URL and offer type
- The package you are interested in
- Product description and target audience
- Deadline
- Who referred you
Why we collect it
Only to reply to you and put together a quote. We do not use it for anything else.
Where it goes
When you submit the form, your answers are sent to our team's Telegram through the Telegram Bot API. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which handles normal web traffic such as page requests.
What we don't do
- We do not sell or share your details.
- We do not send newsletters or marketing lists.
- We do not use ad or analytics trackers.
One exception: if you arrive through a partner's referral link, a first-party cookie remembers who referred you for 60 days, and we get a short notice with the partner's name, your country and your device type, so we can credit the right partner.
How long we keep it
We keep your brief while we are talking or working together. We delete it whenever you ask.
